What to expect with Abby Shapiro Real Estate:
1. Initial phone call
We will talk about your goals and my process, and if it feels right, we’ll move ahead with a strategic plan and consultation.
2. Strategic Home Search Consultation
In about 90 minutes, we will cover your goals in detail and discuss the must-haves and the nice-to-haves of your new home. I will also outline my step-by-step strategy to get you into your ideal property with the best possible terms, cover the specifics you need to know about focusing your search, and make sure you have your supporting documents prepared so that when we make an offer we can do it quickly and effectively. We will also cover your financing options, and discuss legal paperwork.
3. Next Steps
We start with an area tour to help narrow your search. In addition to setting you up on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to search for homes, we will make sure you are set up for automated alerts.
Additionally, I will be sending you listings that are currently not on the market, and provide you with market reports to help you have a greater understanding of the current market so you have everything you need to make a smart offer to win the deal. With my experience, I have a finely tuned strategy that we can customize to match your specific needs.
